Be attentive towards rabbit training
<< Home

This has been said at times almost everywhere although people continue to do the same mistakes. Bear in mind that bringing a rabbit to your home is not enough and you have to understand its behavior. This is very essential for training and helps an owner to a large extent. What motivates the behavior of a rabbit? It’s very important for you to know. It can be its natural need and inclination to chew and dig. Besides it can also be its requirement to communicate and the social relation of its own society.

In general, a younger rabbit certainly possesses more energy, need to explore when compared with elder rabbits. It must be given the opportunity always since rabbits are prone to chewing. Rabbits chew to erode their teeth, which grow continuously. Now let’s enter into the phase of training. In the training there is the need of commitment from the very beginning and so you have to give the essential time and effort to the pet rabbit. It must not be less than 30 minutes a day and even if it’s impossible for you, never try to bring the rabbit into home.  It will turn into a mental torture for both of you.

Go for a proper cage at the beginning which should be large enough for a litter box, food dishes, toys, and it. The cage should be comfortable where it can stretch full-length in all directions. Bring the rabbit out of the cage whenever you have the time and attract it towards you. Initially it may get shaky but this can be eradicated by giving its favorite toys and teats like fruits. Practice this for days and after some days it will definitely get more comfortable with you. Watch with full attention while it plays and never let it go anywhere it likes. This is also important.

A rabbit likes to chew always and it can use anything for this purpose. Being ignorant it may go for toxic house plants and electrical wires also. But these are dangerous and can be sufficient reasons of death.

If you are not happy with these and want to introduce more novel methods, make your own research on the Internet or talk with any experienced person.
