Worried about booking your ticket with British Airways? Relax because British Airways is here with a solution for you. According to its new online policy, you can now book tickets through a credit card in any country which implies that one can pay for a journey from anywhere as long as it is served by the airline. Conversely, credit cards were accepted by British Airways only in the country of departure as per their previous rules.
This extended feature will definitely benefit customers who face problems booking tickets with BA from a destination other than their place of departure. According to Simon Parks-Smith of British Airways, ‘the improvement allows customers to purchase tickets for themselves and friends, colleagues and relatives whose journeys originate abroad.’
Customers living abroad also stand to gain from this renewed rule although their bills will still be posted to their home country.
