Recent studies confirm that first person shooter games happen to be the most popular and highly rated games across the globe and these are also some of the higher profile titles around. What is more, as indicated by experts, some biggest technological advances in game engines have occurred tanks to these. One of the greatest traits of these games is that they do bring innovations at regular intervals and even in this year too, a plethora of interesting and iconic weaponry is being noticed in these games.

However, there is also a major difference which is getting unnoticed. A considerable section of  weapons are more complicated and interesting than just to blast enemies. It’s, therefore, the time to focus more on these. These weapons include The BFG9000 (Doom), GEP gun (Deus Ex), The Gravity Gun (HalfLife 2), The Shotgun (Doom), The Rocket Launcher (Quake), The Lightsabre (Jedi Knight series), Disc Launcher (Tribes), Portal Gun (Portal), Crowbar (Half Life Series).

Among these GEP missile launcher from Deus Ex deserve epical mentions, it does represent the brute force methodology. If you had played the game, surely there were plenty of moments in the game where you did encounter a troublesome robot that couldn\'t be knocked cold by means of the riot rod, tranquillized, or even sniped at a distance. In these situations the GEP gun happens to be awesome and does wonders.

Keep in mind that the majority of first person shooter games are furtive while this one, if truth be told, is lovely.
