Deutsche Bank AG, India is perhaps in a mood to open as many retail operations in India as possible. The statement is not without justifications. The premiere banking organization has brought its retail operations in Ludhiana to the fore. Ludhiana, as we know, happens to be one of the largest cities in the state of Punjab.

Well, this is not a new effort on the bank’s part since this does follow the launch of the Bank’s retail operations in Moradabad on April 10, 2010 and thanks to the same, its network in India has extended to 15 branches. Apart from these two cities in the realm of North India, Deutsche Bank has presence in New Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida. The Ludhiana branch of Deutsche Bank AG, India is situated at Green Park Avenue, Canal Colony, Pakhowal Road and is set to proffer the full suite of banking products and services to customers.

It is also true that the aspirations of Indian clientele is rising and now, so as to meet the financial needs of individual and business customers, the offering will include deposit products like current and savings accounts, private banking solutions, credit cards, mortgages as also investment and insurance products. Consumers of the bank, as a result, will be able to make use of phone banking services in addition to Deutsche Bank’s cutting-edge online banking platform. They will also get the opportunity of having access to the Bank’s owned and shared ATM network.

Make a note of this fact that the Deutsche Bank will offer a range of integrated and innovative solutions in the areas of Cash Management and Trade Finance to corporate clients and SMEs based in Ludhiana.

Speaking on the inauguration of the Ludhiana branch, Gunit Chadha, Managing Director and CEO, Deutsche Bank, said, “Ludhiana is one the premier cities of Punjab and we are delighted to offer our world class financial and advisory services in this vibrant market.”
